  • Cancel after payment: Refund money (15% fee)

    If you wish to cancel your paid order and receive a refund to your payment method, please note that a 15% processing fee will be deducted due to our payment provider's processing costs.

  • Cancel after delivery

    You may cancel your subscription before the start of a new cycle. Refunds are not available for the current or already started week. Please log into your account to check your subscription renewal date.

We deliver and pick up your order at your selected address. A nominal logistics fee, calculated based on your location and order weight (kg), will be displayed at checkout. If your order has already been delivered, you can add, swap, or partially return items. If your order has not yet been delivered, you can only add selected items that are currently available. If the item you want is not available, you will need to place a new order.
