Please note: coffee machines are rented separately and capsules are not included by default, so don't forget to add them to your order!

  • Cancel after payment: Credit balance option (free)

    If you decide to cancel your order after payment, you can choose to receive the full amount as credit balance in your account, with no additional fees. Please note: The refund will not be sent to your original payment method, but will be added as credit balance for future purchases.

    Use credit balance: Your credit balance will remain in your account until it is fully used. You can redeem it across multiple purchases until the balance reaches zero.

  • Cancel after payment: Refund money (15% fee)

    If you wish to cancel your paid order and receive a refund to your payment method, please note that a 15% processing fee will be deducted due to our payment provider's processing costs.

  • Cancel after delivery

    You may cancel your subscription before the start of a new cycle. Refunds are not available for the current or already started week. Please log into your account to check your subscription renewal date.

Depending on your order volume, you might be asked to top up your account deposit balance to enable delivery. Deposits can be withdrawn after the products are returned.

All orders must be paid upfront. You can easily pay online using Link by Stripe, Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Debit Card, American Express, and Cash App Pay. All payments are processed securely by Stripe to ensure your information is safe. Learn more: How to change your payment method

We deliver and pick up your order at your selected address. A nominal logistics fee, calculated based on your location and order weight (kg), will be displayed at checkout. Our Priority Delivery option includes real-time GPS tracking, time arrangement ahead of delivery, and assistance with carrying your equipment inside.

If your order has already been delivered, you can add, swap, or partially return items. If your order has not yet been delivered, you can only add selected items that are currently available. If the item you want is not available, you will need to place a new order.
