Cancel after payment: Gift code option (free)

Should you decide to cancel your order after payment, you can do so without any additional fees by opting for a voucher for the full amount of your order. Please note: We will not issue a refund to your original payment method but will provide you with a voucher to use for future purchases.

Use gift code: Youre only use it one. Even if you dont redeem the full amount, the remaining balance will be lost.

Cancel after payment: Refund money (5% fee)

If you wish to cancel your paid order and receive a refund to your payment method, please note that a 5% processing fee will be deducted due to our payment provider's processing costs.

Cancel after delivery (only for pay weekly)

For customers on the weekly payment plan, you can cancel your order before the start of a new week. Refunds are not available for the current or already started week. Please log into your account to check your subscription renewal date.
