About the Role

Monis is committed to creating 100% stress-free office supply for remote workers to rent. As Procurement Manager, you will drive product sourcing and supply chain development — from market research and supplier negotiation to manufacturing coordination and import/export management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market research for manufacturers and suppliers
  • Supplier negotiation for pricing, terms, and conditions
  • Cross-functional collaboration on specifications and timelines
  • Manufacturing coordination including production and shipment
  • Import/export process management with customs clearance
  • Relationship management with suppliers

Requirements

  • Product sourcing experience, preferably in China
  • Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Familiarity with office furniture sourcing (monitors, chairs, desks)
  • Negotiation skills with demonstrated cost savings
  • Import/export and customs documentation expertise
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • English fluency (additional languages valued)
