Customer Service & Order Coordinator

About the Role

As Customer Service & Order Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inquiries, coordinating deliveries and returns, keeping customers informed about their orders, and resolving issues with effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries, bookings, and feedback via WhatsApp, Email, and Crisp
  • Coordinate deliveries and returns, ensuring smooth communication
  • Keep customers informed about order statuses
  • Address customer issues with effective solutions

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Bilingual: Bahasa Indonesia & English (other languages a plus)
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Computer proficiency with Mac/PC
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali

Compensation & Benefits

IDR 5–10 million / month
