Delivery & Pickup Details

Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: Free or low-cost Bali-wide drop-off.
  • Priority Delivery (optional): Real-time GPS tracking + fixed delivery window + in-home setup help.
  • Monis team carries and sets up heavy items at your location.

Pickup & Return

  • Schedule pickup via your Monis dashboard.
  • Pickup happens on the scheduled date—no extra payment at the door.
  • Tech team inspects items within 2 business days after pickup.

Need to change your pickup address? Update before the scheduled date; extra fees may apply.

Damage & Liability

If something breaks through normal use or an internal fault, Monis covers the cost.

  • We handle repairs or replacements at zero cost to you.
  • Just report the issue via live chat or email—our support team will guide you.

If damage occurs due to misuse/accident, you cover the repair or replacement cost.

  • Examples: dropping a laptop, spilling liquids, or neglect (e.g., leaving electronics in extreme heat).
  • We inspect items at pickup; repair costs are deducted from your deposit. If costs exceed your deposit, we will invoice you for the difference.

You're responsible if an item is lost or stolen while in your possession.

  • Report incidents immediately. We'll work with you to verify the situation.
  • Replacement value will be charged if we cannot recover the item.

All returns are inspected within 2 business days. Questions? We'll discuss any charges transparently.

  • You can dispute any claimed damage within 3 days of inspection results.
  • Our policy is to be fair—if it's a borderline case, we'll often waive small fees.

Cancellation & Early Return

Cancel Before Delivery

Cancel any time before the items are delivered.

Choose between:

  • Full Gift Voucher (100% credit)
  • Refund to Card (95% via direct refund—5% processing fee)

Refunds processed in 5–10 business days.

Early Returns

Once a rental cycle (week/month or fixed term) has begun, no partial refunds for unused days.

Important Notes:

  • To stop future billing, schedule your return at least one day before the next renewal.
  • No penalty for returning early—just no money back for the current period.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to My Orders → select active subscription → click 'Cancel,' then schedule pickup.

When will I get my deposit back?

We inspect items within 2 days of pickup. Once approved, your refund is processed—allow 5–10 days to appear.

Can I rent if I move villas mid-week?

Yes—update your delivery or pickup address in My Orders. If it's much farther, extra logistics fees may apply.

What if I break my rented laptop by accident?

Report it to support. Repair/replacement costs are deducted from your deposit; if costs exceed that, you'll be invoiced the difference.

Do you deliver outside main tourist areas?

Yes—Monis covers all of Bali. Delivery fees vary by distance and weight; you'll see them at checkout.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes: 1 week minimum for subscriptions or fixed-term rentals. No daily options.
